Diversity Abroad is looking for energetic and committed international education professionals and academics who would like to contribute to Diversity Abroad and the Diversity Network articles and / or reports on a regular or ad hoc basis. We cannot offer remuneration at this time but your work will be given proper credit and widely read.

While we are open to interest requests, we particularly welcome professionals interested in covering issues related to diversity in international exchange and programming, cultural competence, global education, and internationalization efforts on U.S. university campuses. We further welcome contributors who have experience working with underrepresented groups in study abroad including racial and ethnic minorities, LGBTQ, persons with disabilities, religious diversity, high financial need, community college students, and nontraditional undergraduates.

Guest Contributor: Diversity Abroad welcomes articles from working professionals with an area of knowledge related to diversity in global education. Guest contributors may submit articles as available and are added to our list of experts for occasional article requests.

Country Diversity Notes Contributor: The Diversity Network provides its members access to resources that help advisors and international education professionals better advise their students as they prepare to go abroad. Our Country Diversity Notes provide insight into a particular country‚Äôs climate toward racial and ethnic minorities, LGBTQ communities, students with disabilities, and students of diverse religious faiths. The workload for Country Diversity Notes is less frequent but can be more intense for short periods of time. Report contributors may consist of students or working professionals with knowledge in the country of coverage. Interested contributors will be added to our Country Diversity Notes contact list.

Special features: We would like to publish special feature pieces related to diversity in global education including critical writing, interviews, and reports. Special features can be submitted by individuals or teams of writers and should consist of non-copyrighted or previously unpublished original work.
