SECTION I: Overview of AIDE Roadmap & Guideline Three - Campus Collaboration
Developing partnerships across campus units can provide important support to education abroad offices not only to increase outreach to diverse student populations, but also to better understand the unique challenges diverse students may encounter in accessing and participating in study abroad. Additionally, engaging administrators and faculty in conversations about diversifying study abroad participation can be a key component to developing campus-wide buy-in for the importance of studying abroad for all students.

SECTION II: Case Study - University of Pennsylvania
Bringing together various administrators across the University, Penn Abroad coordinated a diversity working group to identify the distinct challenges at Penn that diverse students face in pursuing global opportunities. Hear from representatives at Penn about the institution-wide initiative to re-imagine campus collaboration and to learn of future strategies to support Penn students in participating in global programming.
