Join the Diversity Abroad Strategy and Leadership Community of Practice and Dr. Dania Matos, Vice Chancellor for Equity and Inclusion at UC Berkeley, for a discussion focusing on the challenges of leadership in a post-covid world. Through this session participants will share ideas and strategies on how to keep DEI initiatives front and center while the field is navigating through staff turnover, leadership changes, diminishing resources and burnout.
 
Note: This event will be hosted as a Zoom Meeting with engagement from participants (e.g., polls, chat) including breakout discussions for the second portion of the event.
